Abstract
Infeksi luka operasi pada divisi bedah anak RSUD Dr. Soetomo dilaporkan sebesar 0,775% dari keseluruhan operasi bedah anak selama 10 tahun terakhir. Povidone Iodine 10% (PI) adalah antiseptik yang selama ini digunakan sebagai prosedur pencucian area kolostomi sebelum dilakukan operasi penutupan stoma. Terdapat juga antiseptik lain yaitu Chlorhexidine (CHX).
