Abstract

Gold Pawn Demand by Non Muslim Customers in Jatim Syariah Bank Branch at Surabaya. This research aims to determine the reason behind why Non Muslim customers make a gold pawn demand in Jatim Syariah Bank. The object of this research are Non Muslim Customers and Jatim Syariah Bank employees who are competent in the field of gold pawn. This research used qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is done by interviewing 5 non muslim customers and the gold pawn employees. The result of this research are non muslim customer will increase their demand because they are satisfied with Jatim Syariah Bank services and the reason why non muslim customers make a gold pawn demand are rental cost, promotion, product quality, location, and customer income.
