Abstract

The high performance liquid chromatographic determination of spiramycin used in shrimp has been develop. Separation was performed by using either tlc-preparative with acetonitrile:0,2% perchloric acid (2;3) AS mobile phase or SPE with asetone as mobile phase. The ec=xtract containing sprimaycin examined by HPLC using a Hypersil BDS and a mobile phase of CH3OH. The limit of detection was 0,05 mg.ml and the limit of quantitation was 0,16mg/ml
