Abstract

Objective. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge, motivation and attitude of Pharmacist with prescription implementation service standards in regional Denpasar. Method. The study was designed as an observational study using cross sectional data collection methods. The instrument used was a questionnaire filled out by the respondent determined by simple random sampling. The sample consisted of 94 respondents, pharmacists working in a pharmacy in the city of Denpasar. Results. Results of the research is the implementation of service standards prescription in pharmacies is significantly associated with knowledge of the pharmacist, as many as 94 respondents (100%) pharmacists have good knowledge, which in the implementation of service standards prescribe that 82 respondents (87.20%) categorized as good and 12 respondents (12 , 80%) were categorized quite good. Implementation of service standards prescription at the pharmacy was significantly associated with motivation pharmacist, as many as 75 respondents (100%) have a high motivation, which in the implementation of service standards prescribe that 67 respondents (89.30%) categorized as good and 8 respondents (10.70% ) categorized quite good. While 19 respondents (100%) had moderate motivation, which in the implementation of service standards prescribe that 15 respondents (78.90%) categorized as good and 4 respondents (21.10%) were categorized quite good. Implementation of service standards prescription at the pharmacy was significantly related to the attitude of the pharmacist, as many as 89 respondents (100%) had a good attitude, which in the implementation of service standards prescribe that 77 respondents (86.50%) categorized as good and 12 respondents (13.50% ) categorized quite good. While 5 respondents (100%) had a pretty good attitude, whereby the implementation of service standards prescribe that 5 respondents (100%) considered good.
