Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk emmbandingkan efek spermatisida terhadap keutuhan membran dan motilitas spermatozoa pada ekstrak akar pacar air dengan efek yang sama pada jelly kondom. Hasil penelitian masing-masing kelompk dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol negatif (P1) maupun dengan kontrol positif (P2), untuk melihat berapa besar pengaruh penamabhan ekstrak akar pacar air terhadap keutuhan membran dan motilitas spermatozoa. Khusus untuk perbandingan terhadap jelly kondom (P2), apa yang didapat satu kelompok dengan konsentrasi penambahan ekstrak akar pacar air tertentu, dimana keutuhan membran dan penurunan motilitas spermatozoa lebih besar dari jelly kondom.
