Managerial proregative that is inherent in the dominance of company top managemen has the problems in uself pertinent to conceptual aspect whit practical implecation therevore this article aims analysing conceptually the extent of managerial prerogative and the origins of the managerial prerogative research method tast is used towards this analysis is leteranne study theorenecally.managerial proregative hold conflicts concerning unitarism pluralism. and collective that subsequently cousing diversed implementation due ta the influence of hose relevance concepts particularty related to management style and the extent of woker partipacition whua is mirrored in collective agrecmen and the effectiveness of union practices with prosperty orientation besides the copcepty of managerial prerogative finds its theoretical basis on the saurces namely agency corporate governance whitarianism comcept of juslice and doctrienes of corporate law enveloping fiduciary duty ultra vires and business judgement rule and furdemore these shources become the novelty of this rescareh.
