Abstract

Business is growing very fast . We can see that phenomena from the growing of trade. The needed of speed, practicality and safety in the transaction of business make the business man or business using a Valuable Latter for the payment transaction. Bilyet Giro is one of valuable latter , and often used for payment transaction because safety for transaction. Based on that element there are many cases in society such as there are many Giro Kosong that separate in society. So that we need a law to control Giro Kosong in society. Method of the study, researcher using Statute approach and conceptual approach for this research Key words : Abuse, Giro
