Abstract
Proses On The Spot (OTS) atau biasa dikenal dengan survei yang dilakukan pihak bank sebelum pengajuan KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) diterima calon debitur, untuk memastikan formulir yang diisi memang benar dan apa yang dikatakan calon debitur saat wawancara memang terbukti. Banyaknya peminat KPR menyebkan proses OTS sangatlah penting bagi calon debitur KPR. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) adalah bank yang memiliki banyak peminat pada produk KPR. Staf LA (Loan Administration) pada BTN memiliki peran penting dalam proses OTS. Karena staf LA bertanggung jawab memproses data calon debitur pengajuan KPR.
