Abstract

by weight gain 2-4 kg, and 60% by weight gain of 4 kg pressure blood ≥140 / 90 mmHg. While the blood pressure target achievement data hemodialysis patients based on the use of pharmacological therapy of hypertension is 78.79% of patients with a single therapy, 80% of patients with a combination therapy of two drugs and 62.50% of patients with triple drug therapy had blood pressure ≥140 / 90 mmHg. Conclusion: Hypertension in hemodialysis patients is difficult to control.
