Abstract

This research aims to assess the compliance and accuracy of the Arabic Community in Ampel, Surabaya in regards to Reviews their practice of distributing the INTRODUCTION Islam has set all aspects of human life. including in the economic field. Chapra in Sholabuddin (2007:198) states that one of the problems in the social life in the community is about how to make the allocation and distribution of scarce resources without conflict with macroeconomic objectives resulting in inequality and poverty. Inequality and poverty are basically arises because the distribution mechanism is not working properly. Error executing policy economic system including a distribution mechanism that causes the emergence of the practice of capitalization, as well as damage to the management of private property, public property and state. At that point there will be damage in the distribution of wealth to the person, therefore the balance among members of the community must be maintained, or ifno balance is to be realized. inheritance accordingly to the Islamic Principle known as faraidh as indicated resources in Surah An-Nisa This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with the Arabic Community in Ampel. Surabaya as the object of Case Study. Data collection is done through interviews and documentations. The Triangulation Technique is used as validation technique. The theory of Miles and Huberman is employed in this research as technique of analysis. The compliance of practice and theory of the faraidh law and the management and utilization of inheritance serve as the two indicators in this research. This research Showed that the Arabic Community in Ampel. Surabaya bas complied in regards to the implementation of the faraidh law in accordance to Surah An-Nisa
