Abstract

The result of the research showed that parity effected on milk production but no effect to milk quality of Peranakan Etawa goat milk. The ewe milk reached the highest milk yield in third parity. The density of the milk is slightly low. Low density can be affected by high levels of fat in milk. Ewe milk’s fat reached the highest number in fourth parity that is 8,97%. Ewe milk’s solid and solid non fat (SNF) reached the highest number in fourth parity that is 18,37% and 9,47%.
