Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of village financial management in Kedungmaling Village and Kumitir Village, Mojokerto Regency based on Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. While the problem to be answered in this study is "How is the evaluation of the implementation of village financial management in Kedungmaling Village and Kumitir Village, Mojokerto Regency?" Permendagri No. 113 of 2014? ". This study uses qualitative research methods by using explanatory research types by focusing on policy output. Then the data collection techniques were carried out by observation, document study, and in-depth interviews with informants. The technique of determining the informant was done by purposive sampling technique, and to ensure the validity of the data in this study, data triangulation techniques were used. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study indicate that the process of implementing village financial management in Kedungmaling Village has not been going well because of not achieving output in accordance with the policy. Whereas the implementation process of village financial management in Kumitir Village has gone well because the output produced is in accordance with the policy objectives.r getting information about an innovation. This type of adopter will consider the impact of good or bad innovation before using it.
