Abstract
Telah dilakukan analisis farmakokinetika ikatan fenitoin-protein plasma pada subyek normal dan penderita epilepsi. Setiap subyek normal mendapat fenitoin per oral dosis tunggal 300 mg, sedangkan penderita epilepsi disesuaikan dengan keadaan klinis.
