Abstract

This thesis has two purposes : first, it is aimed to develop knowledge and understanding focused specially on international law. Second, it aims more specifically to identify overfight through or over sea leanes passage in accordance with the 1944 Chicago Convention and United Nations Convention on The Law of The Sea, 1982.
