Abstract
Penelitian ini terinspirasi dari maraknya kasus yang terjadi di Kota Surabaya untuk kepentingan fasilitas umum. Studi ini mengkaji proses adaptasi serta siasat korban penggusuran untuk menaikan harga ganti rugi rumah atau lahan yang terkena penggusuran pembangunan jalan lingkar timur (MERR IIC) di kawasan medokan semampir.
