Abstract

Perfonnance assessment in PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia is earned out in four factors, i.e., in perfonnance that relates to company's profit, employee competence, customer service, and occupational improvement. The management in this company used perfonnance assessment to provide bonus, salary increase, and promotion. However, the management often found inaccuracy (erroneous results) in thelf assessment.
