Abstract

The result of this study show that the forms of social interaction, cooperation, conflict, competition and the accommodation on Desa Mendolo Darat between the two ethnics that can actualize a good accommodation, but the accommodation is still incline to be sporadic. On the other hand, there is also conflIct between Java ethnic and Kerinci ethnic. The connict is not included the goups between ethnics norbetween classes, but the conniel IS unly individually. The competition between Java ethnic and Kerinci ethnic is still in the associative condition and still can build ur a good cooperation between the two ethnics.
