Abstract

The diSCUl!Sion of thesis is lead to the law application of Moslem's heir 1100 boendcr discrimination in sharing !he heir according to tbe law of Mol;!=m's heir, by analyzing ff1l(:lIIres had by religion _ law coun ofMalllT1lln, high COUI1 of Matllrem, and supreme court which rel8.led to the heir.
