Abstract
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket menunjukkan bahwa perhatian perusahaan terhadap lingkungan kerja karyawan di pabrik II kurang memuaskan karyawan. Faktor faktor lingkungan kerja yang membuat karyawan tidak puas adalah penerangan dan sirkulasi udara.
