This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship of job satisfaction with work motivation of employee on the Bank of Madiun. Job satisfaction is an attitude that is positive regarding healthy adjustment to the conditions of the employees and the work situation. Work motivation is a drive to perform and complete the job quickly and eagerly. The study was conducted at the Bank BTPN Madiun permanent employees with subjects as many as 40 people. Means of collecting data in the form of a questionnaire that was adapted from Job In General scale to measure the level of job satisfaction, and adaptation of the Job Diagnostic Survey to measure the level of work motivation. Total number of question is 113 items. Data analysis was performed with non-parametric 2 sample related with the help statistical program SPSS version 20 for Windows. From the analysis of the research data obtained z value of -5.512 with a signifcance of 0. The value of p less than 0.05, which means that job satisfaction has a signifcant relationship with motivation to work. So the working hypothesis in this study is accepted, there is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee motivation to work on the bank the Bank of Madiun.
