The aim of this study was to describe the use of antibiotic therapy in CKD patient who received hemodialysis therapy at Internal Medicine Wards of Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya during 1st March until 31th May 2012 by evaluating the drug of choice, duration of therapy, route of administration and problems related to antibiotic.
