Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan pada Bab 3, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Balai Pengamanan Fasilitas Kesehatan Surabaya khususnya seksi Pelayanan Teknis melakukan pengarsipan surat menggunakan sistem kartu kendali dengan sistem penyimpanan kronologis untuk menyimpan arsip di dalam odner.
