Abstract

National health Insurance (JKN) is a program health from government which has been implemented since January 1 st 2014. Trough implementing JKN, it is expected to stimulate Indonesian societies to be able to ful their basic needs of proper life.societies needs to prepare themselves is implementation to be the member of this program. This study is to investigate the cognitve, effective and psychomotor readiness of societies to participant and non participant. This was an observational study, which uses cluster sampling technique of 100 respondents as the sample to be categorized randomly. Data was by questionnaire more analyzed by using the chi square test. The study is taken place in Puskesmas Banyuanyar Sampang in wihich the result shows that societies are ready in cognitive and psychomotor aspect, but the effective of them does not support this JKN program both participant and non participant. This study concludes that societies will be ready in psycho motor aspect when the cognitive is high although the effective readiness does not support this JKN program in puskesmas banyuanyar sampang as the area of study both participant and non participant
