Abstract

Small Industry as a base of people economies become very important and need full support, because of its ability to give more added value and employ more labour. The the organizational effectiveness of small industries indicates the improvement of Indonesian economies. As a starting point from analysis above, the purpose of my research is to analysis the effect of several factors on management control system to the small industry metal organizational effectiveness on Sidoarjo. One of the increasement efforts to the organizational effectiveness of small industry metal is to understand several factor management control system. The research result using linear regression analysis shows that exist five free variables that have no significant effect to the organizational effectiveness of small industry metal in catergory both with culviator and without culvilator. These are organization structure, organization, culture, information flow, strategic planning, and measurement of realization. These not significant free variables are not suitable to include in model. Analysis using stepwise regression approach has the following result : delegation of authority, coordination, compensation, programming, budgeting, and decision making are significantly to the organizational effectiveness. The computation result using t test with two free samples shows the existency significant differences between the organizational effectiveness with category both culvilator and without culvilator.
