Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui The Big Five Personality, Job Autonomy, Work Family Conflict dengan Work Life Balance Pada Ibu Bekerja Daerah D. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan regresi dengan menggunakan 4 instrumen yaitu the big five inventory, Skala Work Family Conflict, Skala Job Autonomy.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 165 orang yang diambil dengan metode convinience sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan partial least squaare (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Extraversion, Neuroticism,dan Opennes to Experience berpengaruh terhadap work life balance, (2) work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap work life balance, (3) Job autonomy berpengaruh positif terhadap work life balance
