Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh military experience dan education quality dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi terhadap tax avoidance pasca tax amnesty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan non-keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2018. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah 268 data sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan tahunan yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Cash effective tax ratio (CETR) dalam penelitian digunakan sebagai proksi tax avoidance. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa military experience dan education quality dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tindakan tax avoidance.
