Abstract

The object of this study was to prove antinociceptive activity of p-methoxycinnamic acid and m-methoxycinnamic acid by writhing test method and their in silico test againts cyclooxygenase (COX-1 PDB ID = 1PTH; COX-2 PDB ID = 1CX2) using Molegro computer programme ver 5.5.
