Drugs used in the therapy of erosive gastritis were PPI cl ass, ARH2 class, sucralfate, and antacids. Patients received therapy in single form or in combination. The most widely used mono- therapy was from PPI classes, i.e omeprazole i.v. 1-2 dd 40 mg. While the most widely used combination therapy was a combination of omeprazole i.v. 2 dd 40 mg and sucralfate p.o. i.v. 3-4 dd 15-30 mL. Intraven ous route was the most frequently used initial route of therapy. The duration thera py of PPI classes is 3-21 days.
