Abstract
The objective of this study was to know the potential of PGF2α (Dinoprost and Cloprostenol) in the case of corpus luteum persistent in dairy cows to the onset of estrus and quality of estrus in KUD Tani Wilis Tulungagung. Experiment design was used completely randomized design (RAL). This study used twelve FH dairy cows and tested positive for corpus luteum persistent . This study was divided into 2 groups. In group 1 (P1) injected PGF2α hormone (Dinoprost) 1.5 ml / head and group 2 (P2) injected PGF2α hormone (Cloprostenol) 1.5 ml / head. The results of this study indicated that there was no significant effect on the onset of estrus and the quality of estrus (P> 0.05).
