Abstract
DNA (Deoyboronucleic Acid) adalah suatu kode kimia dalam tubuh seseorang yang ditemukan pada seluruh sel manusia. Keringat merupakan hasil sekresi tubuh manusia yang terdiri dari air, zat organik dan zat anorganik. Keringat yang menempel di baju disebut bercak keringat. Isolasi dan ekstraksi DNA dapat dilakukan melalui bercak keringat. Ditemukan peningkatan jumlah DNA yang signifikan pada bercak keringat segera diperiksa, dengan bercak yang dicuci, dibiarkan tujuh hari pada suhu kamar, dan disimpan tujuh hari di lemari es.
