Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh inovasi berbasis ingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh mediasi keunggulan persaing perusahaan antara inovasi berbasis lingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membahas penjelasan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 87 kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada perusahaan perusahaan yang ada di kawasan Surabaya Industrial Real State (SIER). Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Patial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi berbasis lingkungan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan secara positif signifikan dan keunggulan bersaing perusahaan dapat memediasi inovasi berbasis lingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan secara signifikan.
