Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the HPLC (UFLC) chromatogram pattern of Tamarindus indica L. pulp water extract for database quality control. The method involves the determination of the optimum chromatographic condition such as mobile phase and flow rate to obtain pattern chromatogram. The peak of the selected chromatogram pattern then tested with some validation methode like stability, selectivity, intraday precision, interday precision, and peak purity. Three chromatographic peaks were selected as marker peaks for database with retention time 2,276 minutes; 11,239 minutes; and 11,651 minutes.
