Abstract

From the discussion in the previous chapter, I got some conclusions. The first conclusion explains the description of the previous chapter. The second conclusion explains the obstacles that I went through during my internship. The third conclusion explains the added value that I got during my internship. The first conclusion is about the description of the previous chapter. In the previous chapter, I discussed my statement of problem. In the first statement of problem, I found the problems that appeared to the intern guides of HPI Prambanan. The most frequent problemthat appears during the guiding processwas being asked with questions that cannot be answered by HPI Prambanan's intern guides. In the second statement of problem. I found a strategy from HPI Prambanan's professional guides in improving their guiding skills. The most strategy used by professional guides of HPI Prambanan was improving themselves by increasing their knowledge.
