Abstract

The results of the discussion that I have summarized from chapters 1 and 3 start from how to become a good guide and what promotional strategies are needed to promote the hero monument and the 10 November museum or other tourism in the city of Surabaya, what obstacles occur during internships, values - what values can I learn, take and others. I concluded that what I observed with the theory that I raised in this report is in accordance with what happened and I applied when I was a guide at the hero monument and the November 10 museum. Besides that the guide has the most important role in the world of tourism because I can say that a guide is a role model for hearings on the tour. Another important thing I can conclude related to museum tours or other historical tours is that if the wider community can realize the importance of historical tourism for the world of tourism, it will increase love and knowledge of the ancestors of the nation's heroes. People will be able to better appreciate and respect moral values in everyday life which can be learned from history stories and museum tours.
