Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of cash flow into investment of manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2010 to 2014. This research took 146 financial statement and annual report as the observations from 54 company used purposive sampling method. The dependent variable in this study was investment and the independent variable was cash flow, the moderations variable were CEO financial education, CEO technical education, and CEO ownership, while control variable was the growth of company. The method used in this study was multiple linear regressions analysis. The results of this research significantly showed that cash flow and the growth of company gave the positive effect into investment, CEO financial education decreased investment cash flow sensitivity, CEO technical education increased investment cash flow sensitivity, while there was no effect of CEO ownership on investment cash flow sensitivity.
