Abstract

Pengoptimalan koordinasi dan komunikasi antar section di Front Office Department yang baik dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku, dapat meningkatkan mutu kualitas makanan dan pelayanan yang baik kepada customer hotel. Menurut penelitian penulis, tingkat pengoptimalan mutu kualitas pelayanan di Front Office Department OAKWOOD Hotel and Residence Surabaya, pada section Customer Service Representative terutama, sudah optimal dan baik. Namun, pengoptimalan koordinasi dan komunikasi tiap section harus selalu dikembangkan, agar mampu menemukan shortcut yang bisa meningkatkan mutu kualitas pelayanan di Front Office Department OAKWOOD Hotel and Residence Surabaya.
