Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh sistem e-village budgeting terhadap good government governance dengan menjadikan kompetensi sebagai variabel pemediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh desa di Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan jumlah 189. Data diperoleh dari 66 responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis statistik yang diigunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-village budgeting dapat mempengaruhi good government governance secara positif signifikan dan kompetensi dapat memediasi sistem e-village budgeting terhadap good government governance secara signifikan
