Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganilisis pengaruh peringkat obligasi, kondisi keuangan, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap opini audit going concern. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan non keuangan yang terdafdar di BEI dan memiliki peringkat obligasi di lembaga pemeringkat kredit Pefindo. Berdasarkan kriteria populasi yang ditetapkan, metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Total observasi penelitian 285 perusahun 2011 sampai 2017. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peringkat obligasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap opini audit going concern, kondisi keuangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap opini audit going concern, serta pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap opini audit going concern.
