Abstract
Kombinasi mikropartikel susu probiotik konsorsium Lactobacillus acidophyllus, L. bulgaricus, dan L. casei dan mikropartikel ekstrak air daun jambu biji memiliki aktivitas antibakteri penyebab diare, Escherrichia coli (Fauzia, 2014).
