Abstract

CV ABC sejak awal berdiri telah menggunakan perhitungan pajak sesuai tarif PPh umum pasal 31E, namun saat munculnya peraturan baru yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah No. 23 Tahun 2018 di pertengahan tahun, akhirnya membuat CV ABC perlu menganalisis ulang untuk terus melanjutkan perhitungan pajaknya menggunakan tarif PPh umum pasal 31E atau harus berpindah haluan secara langsung menggunakan PP No. 23 Tahun 2018.
