Abstract
Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan mengenai apa saja faktor penyebab konflik dan prosesnya yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan parkir pasar kota Bojonegoro yang melibatkan kelompok kepentingan yang ingin mengelola parkir. Kelompok kepentingan tersebut adalah kelompok yang berdiri di Kelurahan Ledok Wetan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan penelitian jenis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan proses konflik yang terjadi. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara yang mendalam terhadap subjek penelitian sebagai narasumber yang meliputi kedua kelompok kepentingan yang memperebutkan untuk mengelola parkir pasar yaitu kelompok Paguyuban Karya Muda Peduli dan Paguyuban Bojonegoro Solid serta pihak Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bojonegoro sebagai pihak yang terlibat dalam pusaran konflik pasar. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan nantinya bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan mengenai fenomena konflik yang terjadi. Konflik yang berawal dari ketidakjelasan lelang parkir pasar ini membuat kedua kelompok yang ingin mengelola parkir terlibat perselisihan sehingga justru membuat konflik semakin panjang.
