Abstract

Pendahulan: Aktivitas fisik sehari-hari mayoritas melibatkan pekerjaan otot berulang-ulang, sehingga penting memiliki daya tahan otot yang baik. Saat ini banyak penelitian menyelidiki efek siklus menstruasi terhadap kinerja daya tahan, tetapi hasilnya sejauh ini masih belum jelas. Tujuan: Membandingkan performa fisik pada perempuan yang mengalami ovulasi dan anovusi. Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional ini menggunakan metode survey test. 30 responden dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dengan matching kriteria. Data yang diambil berupa pemeriksaan ovutest dan tes performa fisik. Hasil ovutest digunakan untuk menentukan kelompok penelitian. Kelompok ovulasi (positif) n=15 dan anovulasi (negatif) n=15. Hasil: Rerata push-up test kelompok ovulasi 22.00, sedangkan kelompok anovulasi 26.43. Nilai p (probabilitas) push-up test adalah 0,026 (p<0,05). Rerata sit-up test kelompok ovulasi 32.00, sedangkan kelompok anovulasi 32.29. Nilai p sit-up test adalah 0,95 (p>0,05). Rerata back-up test kelompok ovulasi 51.38, sedangkan kelompok anovulasi 49.86. Nilai p back-up test adalah 0,95 (p>0,05). Rerata plank test kelompok ovulasi 63.94, sedangkan kelompok anovulasi 72.93. Nilai p plank test adalah 0,44 (p>0,05). Rerata wall-sit test kelompok ovulasi 62.00, sedangkan kelompok anovulasi 74.50. Nilai p wall-sit test adalah 0,288 (p>0,05). Simpulan: Perbedaan performa fisik pada perempuan yang mengalami ovulasi dan anovulasi terdapat pada daya tahan otot ekstremitas atas, dibuktikan dengan adanya perbedaan bermakna pada push-up test. Sedangkan, hasil tes lainnya menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang bermakna.
