Abstract
Dengan adanya pengakuan dari International Criminal Court pada Palestina sebagai salah satu negara anggota memberikan beberapa implikasi kepada Palestina. Salah satu implikasi dari bergabungnya Palestina sebagai negara anggota International Criminal Court yakni Palestina memiliki hak untuk beracara di hadapan International Criminal Court. Untuk masuk dan beracara dalam International Criminal Court terdapat beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui untuk dapat memulai investigasi awal yang akan dilakukan..
