Abstract

Implementation Improvement of occupational safety and health is a problem to overcome the problems that must be done every development and use of new technologies that are acceptable and beneficial to all parties. ILCI (International Loss Control Institute) for workers at company. This research uses observational research design, using cross-sectional. This research was conducted at company in March to April 2020. The population in this study were all production workers at company with a workforce of 630 workers. The sample in this study was 239 respondent's experiments calculated using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using the questionnaire or questionnaire method. The results show that there are risks inherent in all production processes in the company, namely that the responsibility of company management must be specific. 66 respondents (27.6%) who have experienced work accidents at the company. The company has policies related to occupational safety and health in accordance with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. The most personal factors in the company are the 41-49 years age category, the 9-15 year work period category, the knowledge category is the knowledgeable category. The results of statistical tests show that individuals who contain age, knowledge of K3 have an influence on work accidents in the Company. Work factor variables which consist of aspects of equipment maintenance and aspects of tools and equipment respectively do not affect work accidents in the Company. Practice substandard variables affect workplace accidents in the company. The substandard variable conditions affect work accidents in the Company. Simultaneous analysis shows age, knowledge of K3 and basic conditions in the incidents of work accidents in the Company.
