Abstract

In the era of information technology, the existence of a website is increasingly showing its existence in meeting information needs. Website users are not only from the general public, but disabilities also take advantage of it. Based on the phenomenon of website accessibility, there are many websites that do not reach the characteristics of disabilities. The aim of this research is to know the level of accessibility of the Kerjabilitas.com website for blind users based on WCAG 2.1 ,. Blind users who have limitations in accessing information visually, but continue to experience increased intensity of website usage. The principles in WCAG 2.1 namely, perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, which can help overcome user gaps in utilizing information channels in online networks. The method in this research uses descriptive quantitative with snowball sampling technique considering the limitations of the respondents. The number of samples in this study amounted to 60 respondents who were scattered on the Kerjabilitas.com website access. Based on the results of the data findings, the accessibility of the Kerjabilitas.com website is in the good category with a total score 3,6. Two principles that have the highest score are robust with a score of 4.43 (very good) and operable with a score of 3.8 (good). Other results show that there are problems on the Kerjabilitas.com website, so the researchers recommend based on the analysis of the WAVE and WCAG 2.1 relationships.
