Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap return saham, serta menguji apakah kesempatan bertumbuh dapat memoderasi pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 84 perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Pengujian regresi linier dan analisis regresi moderasi (MRA) dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham dan kesempatan bertumbuh mampu memoderasi hubungan antara modal intelektual terhadap return saham.
