Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh total quality management yang direpresentasikan oleh 6 faktor yaitu leadership, human resource management, customer focus,strategic planning, process management, dan information & analysis terhadap kinerja operasional pada Laboratorium Klinik Prodia (PT. Prodia Widyahusada bk). Laboratorium Klinik Prodia merupakan jaringan laboratorium klinik terbesar di Indonesia yang telah memiliki berbagai akreditasi internasional dan tersertifikasi ISO 9001. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SPSS dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel.Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Laboratorium Klinik Prodia Regional VI yang berjumlah 66 orang. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel leadership, customer focus, strategic planning, process management, dan information & analysis terhadap kinerja operasional. Selain itu pada variabel human resource management tidak didapati pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional.
