Abstract
Tumor otak merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan pertumbuhan sel glioma yang membentuk massa pada ruang tengkorak kepala. Sel glioma mudah bermutasi genetik sehingga diperlukan imunoterapi sebagai perlawanan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sistem kekebalan tubuh. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah menganalisis model matematika dinamika pengaruh imunoterapi terhadap pengobatan tumor otak dengan penambahan sel normal sebagai variabel yang dapat menghambat aktivitas pertumbuhan sel glioma
