Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh volume produksi minyak, harga minyak dunia, Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), inflasi, dan jumlah penduduk terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di negara anggota Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) pada tahun 2008-2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa volume produksi minyak dan harga minyak dunia berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM. PDB menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM. Sedangkan, inflasi dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM. Hasil ini dapat menjadi informasi dan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah serta otoritas terkait dalam pengambilan kebijakan dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pembangunan manusia di masing-masing negara anggota OKI.
