Abstract
Penularan hepatitis B dari ibu ke anak adalah rute transmisi utama dan memberi kontribusi bermakna terhadap infeksi virus hepatitis B kronis. Salah satu strategi pencegahan penularan hepatitis B dari ibu ke bayi adalah dengan pemberian imunisasi yaitu pemberian hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HbIg) dan vaksinasi hepatitis B.Studi telaah sistematis dan meta analisis menggunakan data sekunder dari artikel yang diambil tahun 2000-2020 melalui database PubMed, Google Schoolar. Didapatkan 5 artikel untuk antiHbs dan 4 artikel untuk HbsAg yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Revman Review Manager 5.4
